Roger graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1985. Following school, Roger clerked for the Honorable John T. Grant, Nebraska Supreme Court for one year. Following the judicial clerkship, Roger entered private practice. This practice resulted in Roger opening his office in Plattsmouth on May 1, 1990 and he has been engaged in the general practice of law ever since. The practice of law is both his profession and his passion.
